Hans was born and raised in Switzerland and immigrated to Atlanta back in 1997 to found the U.S. subsidiary of a German Management Consulting Group.

Serving as CEO of this company, he lead many successful projects for international clients, among them several automotive OEM's and suppliers, large Pharmaceutical companies, as well as numerous small and medium sized enterprises from various industries.

In 2012 he sold his stake in the consulting group and joined a Spartanburg company only to relocate to Santiago, Chile, and being responsible for developing a new manufacturing facility from ground up.

After successful completion of the project and hand-over to a new General Manager, Hans and his family moved back to Spartanburg, SC in April 2015 to found TRUE NORTH Management Consultants, LLC.
